Cancellation policy

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you choose “Subscribe & Save”, you will automatically receive your selected product at the chosen interval (e.g. every 28 days). You will be charged the price shown at the time of subscribing before each delivery. We will inform you by email in advance of any price change.

2. NO MINIMUM TERM
Your subscription has no minimum term. You can skip, pause or cancel it at any time free of charge.

4. WHEN A CANCELLATION TAKES EFFECT
Please cancel before your next billing date. A cancellation applies to all deliveries that have not yet been charged. If your next order has already been charged, the cancellation will take effect from the following delivery.

5. ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED
Deliveries that have already been charged and shipped are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
