SHIPPING WITHIN SWITZERLAND

1. Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Switzerland is free of charge.

2. Delivery time

• Order processing: up to 4 business days
• Shipping: up to 3 business days
• Total delivery time: up to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates. If there is a delay, we will inform you by email.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE

1. Availability
We currently do not deliver to EU countries. Our launch in Europe is coming soon.
If you are visiting from an EU country, you can leave your email address on the product page (“Drop Soon”). We will notify you as soon as delivery to your country is available.

2. Costs and delivery times
Shipping costs, delivery times and information on customs duties and taxes for EU countries will be published here when we launch in Europe.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Shipping providers
We ship with Swiss Post and other shipping providers. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation, including tracking information where available.

2. Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. We may charge you for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g. re-shipping).

3. Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel is damaged or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
